Asi's Team has demonstrated, over the years, that this is not only an advertising statement but the reflection of hundreds of modifications, designs, and STC's delivered to customers, to their total satisfaction. The ASI team has demonstrated over the years that this is not just a simple advertising statement and relies on hundreds of cases processed to the greatest satisfaction of its customers.
Initially trained as an aeronautical engineer, Jean-Pierre is the founder of ASI-Group. After beginning his career at Reims Aviation, he decides to create his own company, specializing in Mission Systems design, installation, and certification in both the civilian and military world. With his new team, he directly manages the strategy of the company and its day-to-day operations, but still, immerse himself in some of the most complicated matters. His knowledge and experience allow him to quickly find the best technical solution for our customer's needs while staying on budget.
Virginie is a graduate engineer with a specialization in management and production management. After five years in the automotive world as Quality Manager, Virginie joined the Reims Aviation team as Quality Director. She quickly assumed the responsibilities of Airworthiness Manager. She joined Jean-Pierre Kohn in 2010 as one of ASI's co-funder. Today, Virginie combines the functions of Group Technical Director and Quality Director.<br>

After several years in the Air Force as a specialist in radar and onboard navigation systems on fighter aircraft, Thierry Cadiou joined Reims Aviation in 1998.<br>
He supported avionics studies and mission system integration for a dozen years.<br>
In 2010, he becomes one of the co-funders of ASI INNOVATION.<br>
In the innovation Department, his long experience allows him to oversee system integration and certification on airplanes and helicopters of all types.

A native of Montbéliard, an aeronautical city if there was one (the first helicopter flight took place there in 1907 at Montbéliard airport), Franck began his career in the aeronautical sector in 1997, integrating EAS Industries (Perpignan) as a financial controller. He then joined the airline world, still as a financial controller, at Aigle Azur from 2004. He continued his activities in Africa, with the creation of an airline in Guinea Conakry, then within the Regourd Aviation Group (Equaflight) in Congo. After a couple of years as Financial Director for a large European Business jet operator, he joined ASI-Group in October 2021, as Financial and Administrative Director, with the mission of continuing to structure the group and manage growth while consolidating the foundations on which the company is built.
Khalil holds an International Affairs Masters and started his career within SGS Group, taking charge of all aspects related to quitting and planning technical and certification inspections for large international groups such as Offshore Energy Malaysia or Saudi Electricity Company. After acquiring more customer support experience at Accor Flexible, he joined ASI, responsible for all aspects of client support in 2017.
Holding a Masters in materials, Steven was hired by Reims Aviation Industries and from 2006 to 2010, was responsible for all aspects of industrialization. He acquired a solid experience in MRO at Atlantic Air Industries. From 2010 to 2014 he was responsible for the engineering department and became Customer Business Manager in 2014.<br>

Thibaud graduated as an aeronautical engineer before being hired by an MRO facility where he evolved in various management positions. He quickly acquired a passion for complex sales processes both at the national and international levels.<br>
This allowed him to establish close relationships with the national aeronautical authorities, international operators, lessors, and the main aircraft manufacturers around the world. He joined ASI-Group in 2016, as Sales Director.<br>
Quite naturally, he joined ASI-Group in 2016, with an intact passion for creating, developing businesses and value, and supporting ASI customers. Thibaut is ASI-Group's Sales Director

Emmanuel joined ASI-Group in 2020, bringing over 20 years of experience as a C-level executive in aviation. For the previous 8 years, he was the Global Marketing & Communications Director for Continental Aerospace Technologies (Continental Motors), sharing his time between the USA, Germany, China, and the rest of Europe. Being passionate about aviation, Emmanuel Is an aircraft owner and holds a Commercial with instruments privileges license, with around 4000 hours as PIC. He is also the President of AOPA France and writes regularly in French and American Aviation magazines.
